150324 – Overhead Squats, Burpees

Hey Fitness Friends,

our first move is somewhat complete and we are preparing for our second move. We really love it here and it is somewhat sad that we are leaving Texas.
Today was rough, simply because the Overhead Squats were difficult. I hit a PR though!

Strength:
1) 5×2 Overhead Squats´(work to a heavy set)

Workout of the Day:
21-15-9 for time
Overhead Squats 115/75 lbs
Burpees over the Bar

Our Results:
1) K hit 140 lbs. I hit 175 lbs for 2 and 185 for 1.
WOD: K finished in 11:08 min Rx. I finished in 15:51 min Rx.
