140922 – Handstand Push Ups, Hand-Release Push Ups, Sit Ups

Hey Fitness Friends,

all I remember is that the Push Ups hurt like hell.

Strength:
1) 3RM Mid-Hang Power Clean
2) Deadlift: 1X5@75%, 1X3@85%, 1xMax Effort@95%, rest as needed
2b) 4 rounds of Min 1: ME (unbroken) Deadlift with 80/60 kg, Min 2: ME (unbroken) Chin Ups (Strict), Min 3: Rest

Workout of the Day:
5 rounds for time of
7 Handstand Push Ups
14 Hand-Release Push Ups
21 Sit Ups
20 minute Time Cap

Our Results:
1) I got 70 kg for 3 reps. I hit 75 only for 2 reps.
2) I did 90 kg, 102.5 kg, 115 kg for 11 reps. I also through a couple Pull Ups in between
2a) K did this Rx, but I do not know her numbers.

WOD: K did this Rx and finished in 13:49 minutes. I did it Rx and completed 4 rounds at the time cap.
