yesterday was a bad day of lifting. Things just wouldn’t flow and click. Seemingly light weights, been lifted over and over, just wouldn’t go up. Still gave it our best effort. Wednesday is my grandmas birthday, so we are taking a break. I also think that I will break things down into 1 strength element + wod or 2-3 strength elements a day.
1) Back Squat: 1×3@ 70%, 1×3@ 80%, 1xME@ 90%
2) 3RM Snatch from blocks (Power Position)

50-40-30-20-10 for time of
1) K did 60 kg, 67.5 kg, and 5 reps at 77.5kg. I did 72.5 kg, 82.5 kg and 6 reps at 92.5 kg
2) K hit 35 kg and I hit 40 kg
We both did Annie Rx. K got a PR by almost a minute at 8:45 minutes. I was almost a minute slower at 8:53 minutes.
