Hey Fitness Friends,

Strength:
3x 60 sec Kettlebell Swings with 24/16 kg
1 minute Rest
3x 60 sec (30 sec each arm) Kettlebell OHS 16/12 kg

Workout of the Day:
Cash In: 800m Run

15 minute AMRAP of
5 Handstand Push Ups
20 Air Squats

Our Results:
K did 6 Rounds and 5 HSPU
I (like an idiot) did 2 Rounds and 8 HSPU (yes I did 10 HSPU everytime!)
