Hey Fitness Friends,

Strength:
20 minutes to find 5 RM OHS

Workout of the Day:
21-15-9 of
Overhead Squats with 60/40 kg
Box Jumps 24/20″

Our Results:
I dont recall our 5RM OHS weight.
K did the WOD Rx and finished in 6:59 minutes. I scaled to 52.5 kg and finished in 12:51 min.
