1 min ME Double Unders
1 min ME Strict Pull Ups (unbroken)
1 min Rest

Workout of the Day:
12 minute AMRAP of
24 Sit Ups
12 Deadlifts with 60/40 kg
6 Front Squats with 60/40 kg

Our Results:
We both Rx’d it. K did 5 rounds and 6 Sit Ups. I did 5 rounds and 20 Sit Ups.
